Plans are designed to maintain the long term health of your
pet and simplify members budgeting with monthly payments. Plan services are provided at significant discounts, so if you cancel within 12 months of joining, services may have been performed that have not been paid for in full. In this situation, you are responsible for the remaining payments of the plan or the full retail value for services used or products provided under the plan less payments made (whichever is less).
Annually means per 12-month period.
Anal Glands and Nail Clips will only be done if the animal doesn’t need sedation. Sedation surcharge would apply. Food and preventative discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. If there is a supplier discount promotion, the higher discount will be applied and not added together. Unlimited Consults, Nail Clips and Anal Gland expression will have a fair use/if needed policy.
Standard consultations (up to 15 mins) will apply to all included consultations. Extended consultations (up to 30 mins) will incur an extra $40 fee.
Diagnostics will become available after three monthly payments have been received.
